Returns
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive the product you ordered in perfect condition. We accept returns. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition with original packaging intact and clean, all parts included, and never installed. The original protective packaging should remain fully intact.
In the case where an item was received defective or not as ordered, we will replace it at our shipping costs, in many cases. Items received should be inspected right away, and we must immediately be notified of any issue with it, within 48 hours. If there is a problem with an item, we'll need images to be emailed to us, showing the issue, as well as images of the packaging.
If your product arrives without any visible damage but does not function properly, it may be due to a defect on the manufacturer's end, which is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We'll be glad to help you through the warranty process, but we do not offer our own warranty for manufacturer defects.
An item can be returned if you changed your mind or don't like it, but it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return postage at your expense. (Exception to the brand Mountain Plumbing items, which will incur a 35% fee, and for Swanstone products, a 50% fee).
Note that we cannot be held responsible for color variations that occur due to computer screen settings and resolutions, or similar technicalities.
If an item needs to be returned and at time of purchase the shipping was free, a fee for shipping charges will be deducted from the refund for the returned item.
Products that are shipped back, should be traceable and insured, similar to the way we shipped them to you. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way back to us.
If a delivery of an order is refused, it will be regarded as a general return and will incur a restocking fee + return shipping cost.
An order that has not been shipped yet can be cancelled. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call or email us immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and you will have to process a general return. Your order is only considered canceled once you receive a cancellation confirmation email.
For returns, please email to info@supremekitchenbath.com for an RMA and return instructions. Notification must be sent before returning anything. Items can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
We are not responsible for any labor costs which may occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. Under any circumstances, we are not responsible to compensate for plumbing expenditures, or any other costs or losses beyond the cost of the product and shipping. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible if the product you ordered does not meet your required specs or local building code. Please do your research in advance.
Items that are discontinued models cannot be returned, and are a final sale.
Products that have been installed cannot be returned to us under any circumstances.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed a returned item. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.
Shipping
Our shipments arrive fast, as we have several shipping points and orders get shipped from the point closest to you. We ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Bulky and large items get shipped by motor freight. We ship daily every business day, except for Saturday, and on Friday shipping closes at 11:00 AM.
Motor Freight Shipping
The standard procedure for orders shipped with motor freight is that the freight company will contact the receiver to schedule the delivery day. This is in order for them to make sure that someone will be available to accept the delivery and sign for it.
For the smoothest experience, we highly recommend inspecting your shipment in the presence of the delivery driver. If you find damaged items, refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect it in the presence of the delivery driver but the boxes appear to be damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and inspect your items as soon as you can.
In all cases, you must notify us of any damage or missing parts within 24-48 hours of delivery. Please send us photos and keep the original boxes and all protective packaging material. We'll then further take care of the matter.
Shipping International
We ship international too, by UPS or USPS or motor freight when at all possible. All customs fees, border duties, taxes etc. are the buyer’s responsibility. If you want to find out what the fees would be, please contact your local UPS or Post Office, as fees vary by specific areas and provinces. Shipping with USPS can in some cases delay shipping with approx. 1-2 days.

In the event that an order cannot be processed as noted on the website, such as due to a pricing error, out of stock, etc. we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to customer. We will always notify you by email before cancelling.
